Hi, I'm Sarah.

After 10 years of recruiting engineers, technical experts and managers for the automotive, software and tech industries, I have now dedicated myself to supporting young professionals in finding purposeful jobs. During my time in recruitment, I have interviewed, hired but also rejected literally hundreds of international experts. Now, I would like to support you, using my experience to stop recruiters from hitting the reject button, but welcoming you as a valuable candidate instead.

  • Suggestions for opimization of your documents as well as LinkedIN & XING profiles
  • 1 hour personal coaching session 
  • 1 hour coaching session to prepare for interviews
  • The whole process will take about 1-2 weeks
  • After our initial strategy call, you will send me your documents as well as the links to your LinkedIN/XING profiles
  • We will meet for our first 1 hour personal coaching session in person or via video call and explore everything we need to fill your documents and interviews with life: your career, your achievements, your motivation
  • Based on this session, I will make improvement suggestions for your application documents and profiles
  • We will meet for our second 1 hour session to role play an interview and answer remaining open questions
  • I will review your final documents

  • Our further sessions depend on the goals we set and do not follow a strict schedule. We will cover topics such as: your abilities, your strengths, your motivation, your values, your blind spots, limiting beliefs and behavioural traits you need to work on in order to live your full potential
  • Based on our sessions, I will make improvement suggestions for your application documents and profiles
  • I will review your final documents and be availabe for any open questions in between our sessions
  • Booking further sessions is always possible if needed
